This Waterproof Eye Pencil has everything a perfect pencil should have. The precision of a liquid eyeliner, but with the ease of use (Easiness ;-) ) of a pencil. The pencil dries very quickly, provides an incredibly intense result, and is also waterproof. Due to the softness of the pencil, you can use it both on and in your eye on the waterline.
Note: this pencil is NOT 100% natural. So for sensitive eyes or if in doubt, it is best to use our Mineral Eye Pencil.

Colored Eyeshadow Base
Use the waterproof eyeliner as a base for your eyeshadow. Draw a thin line on the eyelid and gently blend it with a Smudge Brush. This will help your eyeshadow last longer and enhance the colors.
Waterline Definition
Apply a light-colored waterproof eyeliner on the waterline to make your eyes appear larger and brighter. Choose a nude shade for a fresh daytime look, or opt for a deeper color like dark brown or black for a sultrier evening look. Also, try applying it to the upper waterline. You'll notice that your eye suddenly becomes much more intense.
Accentuate Lower Lash Line
Use the eyeliner to subtly accentuate the lower lash line. This adds depth to your gaze without being excessive. Experiment with different colors to adjust your look to your outfit or the occasion.
