This Waterproof Eye Pencil has everything a perfect pencil should have. The precision of a liquid eyeliner, but with the ease of use of a pencil. The pencil dries very quickly, provides an incredibly intense result, and is also waterproof. Thanks to the softness of the pencil, you can use it both on and inside your eye on the waterline.

Colored eyeshadow base
Use the waterproof eye pencil as a base for your eyeshadow. Draw a thin line on the eyelid and gently blend it out with a Smudge Brush. This will help your eyeshadow stay on longer and make the colors pop.
Waterline definition.
Apply a light-colored waterproof eye pencil to the waterline to make your eyes appear larger and brighter. Opt for a nude shade for a fresh daytime look, or go for a deeper color like dark brown or black for a sultry evening look. Also, try defining the upper waterline. You'll notice that your eye suddenly looks much more intense.
Accentuate the lower lash line.
Use the eye pencil to subtly accentuate the lower lash line. This adds depth to your eye look without being too dramatic. Experiment with different colors to tailor your look to your outfit or the occasion.
