Apply the eyeliner between the lashes to make them appear fuller. Then, draw a line under the eye as thick as you like. Soften the line by blending it.

How to use

Draw a thin line along the lash line with the Mineral Eye Pencil. For a more intense effect, you can make the line slightly thicker.
You can also apply the pencil to your lower lash line. For a more open look, draw the line only along the outer corner and blend it inward. Gently blend the line with a Smudge Brush for a softer effect. It’s very important to use the right sharpener for makeup pencils. So make sure to buy a cosmetic sharpener, such as our Duo Sharpener.
