How do I know which products are suitable for my skin type?

It all starts with knowing your skin type. Each type requires tailored care and make-up. At Cent Pur Cent, we distinguish between five skin types:

✔ Normal skinYour skin feels soft and supple. You have little trouble with redness or impurities.

Recommended make-up:

  • Choose a primer that matches the desired effect: mattifying or illuminating.
  • Your skin tolerates almost any foundation. We recommend our Mineral Loose Foundation or Liquid Mineral Foundation.
  • Both cream and powder textures work well. Think of blush, bronzer, and highlighter.

✔ Dry skin: Your skin feels tight, flakes, or looks dull.

Recommended make-up:

  • Always start with a nourishing day cream and primer.
  • Use a hydrating foundation like our CC Cream.
  • Opt for cream products like cream blush, stick highlighter, or Loose Mineral Blush that do not dry out your skin.

✔ Oily skin: Your skin shines on your forehead, nose, and chin. You are more prone to impurities or large pores.

Recommended make-up:

  • Use a mattifying or blurring primer for a long-lasting matte effect.
  • Choose an oil-free mineral powder foundation.
  • Finish with a setting powder or setting spray.

✔ Combination skinYour skin is oily in the T-zone and drier on the cheeks.Recommended make-up:

  • Use a primer that both mattifies and nourishes, like our Mattying Primer.
  • Choose a foundation that does not dry out or shine, like the Loose Mineral Foundation.
  • Finish with a loose mineral blush or bronzer, without accentuating the dry areas.

✔ Sensitive skin: Your skin reacts quickly to products. You experience redness, itching, or a tingling sensation.

Recommended make-up:

  • Use hypoallergenic and fragrance-free formulas, like our Loose Mineral Foundation without fragrance.
  • Avoid alcohol and synthetic fragrances.
  • Choose gentle formulas with soothing ingredients like aloe vera or zinc oxide.

What is mineral makeup?

The biggest difference between mineral makeup and "traditional makeup" lies in the ingredients and function. Traditional makeup often contains synthetic substances such as parabens, silicones, or artificial fragrances. These formulas can cause skin irritation or disrupt the skin barrier in some people, especially those with sensitive skin.

Mineral makeup, like the one you find at Cent Pur Cent, consists of natural minerals such as zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, and mica. These ingredients are gentle, breathable, and skin-friendly, making them perfect for sensitive or reactive skin. Moreover, many mineral formulas naturally have a light-reflecting effect, providing a fresh glow and natural coverage — without suffocating your skin.

Are the products cruelty-free?

We love the planet and we love animals! Since its establishment, Cent Pur Cent has been against animal testing. None of our products, nor the ingredients we use, are tested on animals, in accordance with European regulations.

Are the products vegan?

All our products are vegan and cruelty-free.

What ingredients are in the products?

On every product page of our makeup and skincare, it is clearly described which ingredients are in our products. Our products are also hypoallergenic.

How do I use a discount code?

Follow these steps:

  1. Add the desired products to your shopping cart.
  2. Go to your shopping cart and click on 'Checkout'.
  3. In the top right corner, you will see a field where you can enter your discount code.
  4. Type the discount code exactly as you received it.
  5. Click on 'Apply' or press Enter.
  6. The discount is activated immediately and you will see the adjusted price in your shopping cart.

Why can't I add certain products to my shopping cart?

The most common reason is that the products are no longer in stock. Normally, this is indicated with the product in question.

How do I know if my order has been accepted?

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we have delivered your order to the courier, you will receive an email from the courier in question. In this email, you can track your package.

A workshop or demo from Cent Pur Cent is a fun and interactive session where you learn how to use our products in the best way.

Where can I register for a workshop/demo?

You can easily register for our workshops and demos via the Cent Pur Cent app. Go to the 'Workshops' tab and choose the date and location that suit you best. This way, you are guaranteed a spot in our inspiring and educational sessions!

What is the difference between a demo and a workshop?

Workshop:
In cozy groups of 6 to 8 people you will get hands-on with our 100% natural and hypoallergenic makeup products. A Cent Pur Cent makeup artist not only provides you with explanations and tips but also lets you discover the latest collections and techniques. This way, you will always be up to date with the latest makeup trends!

Demo's:
During a personal makeup session of 30 minutes you will be made up by one of our makeup artists. You will receive the best makeup tips and tricks for your skin. Discover for yourself why thousands of women with all skin types, from extremely sensitive skin to mature skin, choose Cent Pur Cent.

Does it cost money to participate in a workshop/demo?

No. All our workshops and demos are free, because we believe that beauty should be accessible to everyone.

Can I also get a one-on-one session?

This is certainly possible! Our demos are always one-on-one sessions of half an hour. In this half hour, you will be together with one of our beauty experts who will completely immerse you in the magic of Cent Pur Cent. Get to know our products and how to use them best.

How can I create an account?

Follow these simple steps to create your own Cent Pur Cent account:

  1. Go to our website: www.centpurcent.com.
  2. Click on the icon of the little person in the top right corner, next to the shopping cart.
  3. You will enter a new menu — click on 'Create Account' there.
  4. Fill in all the requested fields with your information.
  5. After filling out, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox.
  6. Confirm your registration andâ€Ļ voilà! Your account is completely ready.

With an account, you can track your orders, check out faster, and be first in line for promotions and new products!

How are my personal data stored?

This information is strictly confidential and is only used to better answer your questions (billing, delivery). This information will therefore not be shared or sold under any circumstances.

How do I update my personal information?

Log in to your account, adjust what you want, and you're done! This way, you keep everything up-to-date — from your email address to your delivery address — conveniently and quickly arranged.

How can I delete my account?

To successfully delete your account, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Cent Pur Cent website: click here.
  2. Go to the profile icon in the top right corner.
  3. Go to the bottom right and then click the 'delete' button.

Your account is now deleted.

I have forgotten my password, what now?

Click on "My Account" and then on the button "Forgot Password?".

Choose to reset your password:

Enter the email address you used when you registered on our site. We will send you a link that allows you to change your password and automatically log in to your account.

Where can I use my digital gift card?

The digital gift card is only and exclusively usable in the online webshop of Cent Pur Cent, and therefore NOT in the physical sales points.

What can I buy with my digital gift card?

The digital gift card is valid for the entire range of Cent Pur Cent in the online webshop.

How long is my digital gift card valid?

The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. You can check the purchase date via the email in which you received your digital gift card.

How can I use my digital gift card?

On the online webshop of Cent Pur Cent: enter the number of the digital gift card at checkout.

Can I exchange my digital gift card back for cash?

No, it is not possible to exchange your digital gift card for cash or credit.

Can I use my gift card multiple times?

You can use the digital gift card as often as you want, until the balance is depleted.

Hoe spaar ik punten?

Heel eenvoudig: doe je aankopen via de Cent Pur Cent app. Voor elke â‚Ŧ2 die je besteedt, ontvang je automatisch 1 loyaliteitspunt.

Waar kan ik mijn gespaarde punten zien?

Je vindt je huidige puntensaldo in je profiel binnen de Cent Pur Cent app.

Wat kan ik met mijn punten doen?

Je punten kun je in de app inwisselen tegen een selectie van mini- of travelsize producten.

Hoe wissel ik mijn punten in voor producten?

Open de Cent Pur Cent app en ga naar je profiel > Loyalty Points. Je ziet daar welke producten beschikbaar zijn in ruil voor jouw punten. Klik op een product om te zien bij welke apotheken het op voorraad is. Ga langs bij een van deze apotheken en zij helpen je met het inwisselen van je geschenk.

Kan ik punten sparen als ik op de webshop koop?

Op dit moment worden loyaliteitspunten enkel toegekend bij aankopen via de Cent Pur Cent app. We begrijpen dat je ook graag zou sparen via onze website. We zijn dit momenteel aan het optimaliseren zodat het in de toekomst wel mogelijk wordt. Bedankt voor je begrip!

Ik heb nog een oude spaarkaart, wat moet ik doen met mijn punten?

Maak een duidelijke foto van je spaarkaart en mail deze naar info@centpurcent.com. Zorg er eerst voor dat je een account hebt aangemaakt op de Cent Pur Cent app. Vermeld in je mail ook je naam en het e-mailadres waarmee je je geregistreerd hebt. Wij bekijken de kaart en zetten de resterende punten over op je nieuwe digitale profiel.

Mijn punten zijn niet toegevoegd na mijn aankoop, wat nu?

Ga in de Cent Pur Cent app naar je profiel, klik op Loyalty Points en scroll naar Purchase History. Staat je aankoop daar niet tussen, maar is je betaling wel gelukt? Neem dan contact op via info@centpurcent.com. We kijken het graag voor je na.
