How do I know which products are suitable for my skin type?
It all starts with knowing your skin type. Every type requires tailored care and make-up. At Cent Pur Cent, we distinguish between five skin types:
✔ Normal skinYour skin feels soft and supple. You experience little redness or blemishes.
Recommended make-up:
- Choose a primer that suits the desired effect: mattifying or illuminating.
- Your skin tolerates almost any foundation. We recommend our Mineral Loose Foundation or Liquid Mineral Foundation.
- Both cream and powder textures work well. Think blush, bronzer and highlighter.
✔ Dry skin: Your skin feels tight, flakes or looks dull.
Recommended make-up:
- Always start with a nourishing day cream and primer.
- Use a hydrating foundation such as our CC Cream.
- Choose cream products such as cream blush, stick highlighter or Loose Mineral Blush that do not dry out your skin.
✔ Oily skin: Your forehead, nose and chin become shiny. You are more likely to experience blemishes or enlarged pores.
Recommended make-up:
- Use a mattifying or blurring primer for a long-lasting matte effect.
- Choose an oil-free mineral powder foundation.
- Finish with a setting powder or setting spray.
✔ Combination skinYour skin is oily in the T-zone and drier on the cheeks.Recommended make-up:
- Use a primer that both mattifies and nourishes, such as our Mattying Primer.
- Choose a foundation that does not dry out or make your skin look shiny, such as the Loose Mineral Foundation.
- Finish with a loose mineral blush or bronzer without accentuating the dry areas.
✔ Sensitive skin: Your skin reacts quickly to products. You experience redness, itching or a tingling sensation.
Recommended make-up:
- Use hypoallergenic and fragrance-free formulas, such as our Loose Mineral Foundation without fragrance.
- Avoid alcohol and synthetic fragrances.
- Choose gentle formulas with soothing ingredients such as aloe vera or zinc oxide.
What is mineral makeup?
Mineral makeup, such as the products you find at Cent Pur Cent, consists of natural minerals such as zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, and mica. These ingredients are gentle, breathable, and skin-friendly, making them perfect for sensitive or reactive skin. In addition, many mineral formulas naturally have a light-reflecting effect, providing a fresh glow and natural coverage without suffocating your skin.
At Cent Pur Cent, we believe that your skincare and makeup should tell one story: glowing without compromise. That is why we deliberately developed a mineral makeup line.
Are the products cruelty-free?
None of our products or the ingredients we use are tested on animals, in accordance with European regulations.
Are the products vegan?
All our products are vegan and cruelty-free.

Each product page for our makeup and skincare clearly lists the exact ingredients in our products.
Online orders
How do I use a discount code?
Follow these steps:
- Add the desired products to your shopping cart.
- Go to your shopping cart and click ‘Checkout’.
- In the top-right corner, you will see a field where you can enter your discount code.
- Type the discount code exactly as you received it.
- Click ‘Apply’ or press Enter.
- The discount will be activated immediately, and you will see the adjusted price in your shopping cart.
Why can't I add certain products to my shopping cart?
The most common reason is that the products are no longer in stock. This is normally indicated for the product in question.

How do I know if my order has been accepted?
After checking out your order, you will receive a confirmation email for your purchase.

How can I track my order?
Once we have handed your order over to the delivery service, you will receive an email from the relevant delivery service. In this email, you can track your package.

Where can I sign up for a workshop/demo?
You can easily register for our workshops and demos via the Cent Pur Cent app. Go to the ‘Workshops’ tab and choose the date and location that suit you best. This way, you are guaranteed a spot in our inspiring and educational sessions!
In Wallonia, things work differently: you arrange your participation directly through the pharmacist. To do so, contact the pharmacy by phone or simply stop by.
Will I receive a gift during my workshop?
With a purchase during the workshop, we would love to surprise you with a lovely little extra.
The gift may vary from workshop to workshop, but it is always a delightful addition that makes your routine even more enjoyable.

What is the difference between a demo and a workshop?
Workshop:
In friendly groups of 6 to 8 people , you will get hands-on with our 100% natural and hypoallergenic makeup products. A Cent Pur Cent makeup artist will not only provide explanations and tips, but also help you discover the latest collections and techniques. This way, you will always stay up to date with the latest makeup trends!
Demos:

Does it cost money to participate in a workshop/demo?
No. All our workshops and demos are free, because we believe it is important that beauty is accessible to everyone.
Can I also get a one-on-one session?
Absolutely! Our demos are always one-on-one, half-hour sessions. During this half hour, you'll be together with one of our beauty experts, who will fully immerse you in the magic of Cent Pur Cent. Get to know our products and learn how to use them best.

How can I create an account?
Follow these simple steps to create your own Cent Pur Cent account:
- Go to our website: www.centpurcent.com.
- Click the profile icon in the top right, next to the shopping cart.
- A new menu will open - click ‘Create account’.
- Fill in all the required fields with your details.
- After completing the form, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox.
- Confirm your registration and… voilà! Your account is all set.
With an account, you can track your orders, check out faster, and be first in line for promotions and new arrivals!
How is my personal data stored?
These details are strictly confidential and are only used to answer your questions more effectively (billing, delivery). These details will therefore under no circumstances be shared or resold.
How do I update my personal information?
Log in to your account, change whatever you want, and you're done! Keep everything up to date - from your email address to your delivery address - conveniently and quickly.
How can I delete my account?
To successfully delete your account, follow the steps below:
- Go to the Cent Pur Cent website: click here.
- Go to the profile icon in the top right.
- Go to the bottom right and click the 'delete' button.
Your account has now been deleted.
I forgot my password, what now?
Click “My Account” and then the “Forgot password? ” button.
Choose to reset your password:
Enter the email address you used when you registered on our site. We will send you a link to change your password and automatically log in to your account.

Digital Gift Card
Where can I use my digital gift card?
The digital gift card can only be used in the Cent Pur Cent online webshop and therefore NOT at physical points of sale.
What can I buy with my digital gift card?
The digital gift card is valid on the entire Cent Pur Cent range in the online webshop.
How long is my digital gift card valid?
The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. You can check the purchase date in the email in which you received your digital gift card.
How can I use my digital gift card?
On the Cent Pur Cent online webshop: enter the digital gift card number at checkout.
Can I exchange my digital gift card back for money?
No, it is not possible to exchange your digital gift card for cash or credit.
Can I use my gift card multiple times?
You can use the digital gift card as often as you like, until the balance runs out.

What is Le Club CPC?
Le Club CPC is the official loyalty program of Cent Pur Cent. As a member, you earn points with every purchase that you can redeem for fun mini or travel-size products. Click here for the list of products.
You can make purchases via the Cent Pur Cent app, brand store, or one of our points of sale in this list.
How do I earn points?
Very simple: make your purchases through the Cent Pur Cent app, brand store, or at one of our authorized points of sale. For every €2 you spend, you automatically receive 1 loyalty point.
Please note: external points of sale such as Farmaline, Bol, ... are not part of our loyalty program.
Where can I see my accumulated points?
You can find your current points balance in your profile within the Cent Pur Cent app.
What can I do with my points?
You can redeem your points in the app for a selection of great products.

How do I redeem my points for products?
Open the Cent Pur Cent app and go to your profile > Loyalty Points. There you can see which products are available in exchange for your points. Click on a product to see which pharmacies have it in stock. Visit one of these pharmacies, and they will help you redeem your gift.
Can I earn points when I shop on the website?
No, at the moment loyalty points are only awarded for purchases made through the Cent Pur Cent app or at your pharmacy. We understand that you would also like to earn points through our website. We are currently working on optimizing this so that it will be possible in the future. Thank you for your understanding!
I still have an old loyalty card. What should I do with my points?
Take a clear photo of your loyalty card and email it to info@centpurcent.com. First, make sure you have created an account on the Cent Pur Cent app. Also include your name and the email address you used to register in your email. We will review the card and transfer the remaining points to your new digital profile.
My points were not added after my purchase. What should I do?
In the Cent Pur Cent app, go to your profile, click Loyalty Points, and scroll to Purchase History. If your purchase is not listed there but your payment was successful, please contact us at support@rigorgeous.com. We will be happy to look into it for you.
What if I have issues with my points or something is incorrect?

Do I also earn points for purchases through Farmaline, bol.com, etc.?
No, purchases through external retailers such as Farmaline, bol.com, or other resellers do not qualify for loyalty points.
Our loyalty program is exclusively linked to purchases through the Cent Pur Cent App, the Cent Pur Cent brand store , or an authorized pharmacy that uses our points system.
So, if you buy your favorite Cent Pur Cent products through one of these official channels, you automatically earn points that you can redeem for wonderful gifts.
