Reflection period & Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, without giving any reason, but used and opened cosmetics are excluded from this. This reflection period starts the day after you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) have physically received the products.
Note: This right of withdrawal applies only to consumers and for online purchases via our webshop www.centpurcent.com

Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your return must meet the following conditions: The products are undamaged, unopened, unused, and in original packaging. The product has not been opened (for hygienic reasons). The product was purchased at Cent Pur Cent online or at one of the Cent Pur Cent points of sale. Sale or end-of-line items cannot be returned unless defective.

⚠️ Be careful with damages or wrong products

When your order arrives, check the packaging and the product for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If the product is delivered damaged or sent incorrectly, it can always be returned within 7 days of receipt, regardless of the packaging. We understand that a defect or damage may only become visible upon first use. Therefore, we ask you to report this immediately upon discovery to our customer service. We will then work with you to find a suitable solution.

How to return?

Fill out our complaint form. Send an email to info@centpurcent.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive instructions and the return address. Pack your products well and return them within 7 days after your return notification. Return costs are at your own expense, unless it is due to an error on our part (for example, a wrong or damaged product).

Refund

After receiving and checking the returned products, you will receive a refund via the same payment method within 14 days. Please note that we only issue refunds for products purchased through our official webshop or products bought at a Cent Pur Cent point of sale.

Exceptions

Products that are custom-made or personalized.
Opened products.
Items from promotional actions or with a discount >30%.

Legal basis

This return policy has been established in accordance with Belgian legislation, specifically Book VI of the Economic Law Code, articles VI.45 to VI.53.
