What is The Confidence Call from Cent Pur Cent?

The Confidence Call is a personal video call with Lore, a beauty expert from Cent Pur Cent. You receive tailored advice on your makeup or skincare and try it yourself right away, so you can do it on your own afterward too. Choose from three options: SOS beauty, The first date, and One-on-one.

Is the makeup advice really free?

Yes. SOS beauté and The first date last 15 minutes and are completely free. 

Tête-à-tête lasts 30 minutes and costs €30. You will receive that amount back in full after the call as a personal discount code, valid for 2 days in the Cent Pur Cent webshop.

Which call is right for me?

Choose SOS beauté (15 minutes, free) if you have one specific question, for example about your foundation shade, blush, or eyeliner. 

Choose The first date (15 minutes, free) if you’re new to Cent Pur Cent and want to know which products and shades suit you. 

Choose Tête-à-tête (30 minutes, € 30, refunded as a discount code) if you want to thoroughly review your entire routine, for example for your wedding day, a party, or a new look.

Can I ask more than one question at SOS beauté?

Beauty SOS revolves around one question, so you can truly move forward in 15 minutes. Do you have more questions? Then you choose the most important ones together, and if there is time left, Lore can always give you additional tips. 

If you want to tackle everything at once, choose One-on-one.

Can I also ask questions about skincare?

Yes. You can ask questions about how to cleanse, care for, and prepare your skin for makeup. Do you have a medical question? Lore will be happy to refer you to your dermatologist, general practitioner, or pharmacist. 

Should I already be using Cent Pur Cent products?

No. The first date is just intended for those who don't know Cent Pur Cent yet. Simply have what you currently use ready, including products from other brands, so Lore can see where you're starting from.

Who is Lore?

Lore has been working as a beauty expert at Cent Pur Cent for almost 5 years and is the familiar face of our Lives and community. She helps everyone with tips and tricks, and knows our products and shades inside out. In her free time, she is also constantly focused on makeup. With her enthusiastic and dedicated approach, your call becomes a relaxed chat: she looks at everything with you one-on-one, you immediately feel at ease, and you learn how to do it yourself.

How do I book a Confidence Call?

Choose your package on this page, select a time that suits you, and answer a few short questions about what you would like to discuss so Lore can get started well prepared. You will immediately receive a confirmation email with the video link, which you can add to your calendar right away. 

When can I book a call?

Lore conducts the calls on set days of the week, and once a month in the evening as well. The booking calendar shows you right away which time slots are still available.

What do I need for the video call?

A phone or laptop with a camera, a spot with daylight or a good lamp, a mirror, and the products you currently use. Place your phone or laptop securely so you have your hands free to participate. With or without makeup, both are fine.

How does the video call work?

Click the link in your confirmation email to join the call with Lore. Please note that, as Lore has several calls back to back, the time slots are strict. 

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes, you can do that up to 24 hours in advance via the link in your confirmation email.

What if I miss my call?

No problem, it happens. Feel free to schedule a new time. 

What language will the call be conducted in?

For now, the calls are available only in Dutch.
