Embracing Uncertainties
As a young girl, I was often insecure in social situations. It was difficult for me to meet new people or feel comfortable in groups. My insecurities were mainly fueled by fear of judgment, which often caused me to withdraw. Now I’m much more confident and have learned to embrace my insecurities, but those old feelings of insecurity still sometimes arise. I still occasionally feel uncomfortable, especially in busy social situations.
