As a flight attendant, I come into contact with many different people. I noticed that my insecurities often surfaced when I wasn’t completely satisfied with how I looked. But it was mainly my skin that made me feel insecure. The dry air on the plane often left my skin feeling rough and dry, which made me feel less confident in my work. I often didn’t feel entirely comfortable.
