2. Lipstick
Lipstick is the color step of your lip combo. While lip liner mainly provides shape and definition, lipstick gives the true color, finish, and look of your style. You can choose a shade that matches your lip liner nicely, or play with a slightly lighter color in the center of your lips for a fuller effect.
Apply the lipstick directly or gently dab it in with your finger for a more natural result. Work layer by layer: this way you maintain more control over the color intensity and keep your lip combo refined.
3. Lipgloss
