It is much milder than the chemical ingredient retinol and gives your skin a beautiful boost and glow. Your texture improves and your complexion becomes more even. AHA's stand for Alpha Hydroxy Acids, which means alpha hydroxy acids. This is a group of water-soluble acids that come from natural sources, usually fruits and milk. Some common AHA's are glycolic acid (from sugar cane), lactic acid (from milk), citric acid (from citrus fruits), and malic acid (from apples).

Due to their exfoliating properties, AHA's can help with reducing uneven skin tone, pigmentation spots, and improving the overall texture of the skin. What is Niacinamide?
Niacinamide, also known as vitamin B3 or nicotinamide, is a water-soluble vitamin that belongs to the B-complex.
What does Niacinamide do?
Niacinamide reduces pores, combats aging and discoloration of the skin and restores the moisture balance of the skin. Additionally, it protects the skin against harmful substances.

What is Glycerin?
Glycerin is a versatile substance that is widely used due to its various applications and beneficial properties. It is derived from animal fats or vegetable oils. There are also sustainable sources available such as coconut oil and soybean oil.

This reliable raw material is known for its moisturizing qualities. It attracts water and retains it, which can soften and hydrate the skin. Perfect for dry skin.

Parabens
To extend the shelf life of products
for personal care and to prevent the growth of fungi and bacteria, many cosmetic products use parabens as preservatives.
Parabens can take various forms, with some even occurring naturally.
Despite recent scientific studies indicating that certain parabens are safe for use as preservatives in personal care products, concerns about their use remain. For this reason, we decided some time ago to remove all parabens from our range.
Pfas
The products of Cent Pur Cent are Pfas-free. By the way, PFAS are rarely found in cosmetics anymore. Originally, PFAS ingredients were used to make cosmetics easier to apply or more water-resistant.
Nowadays, these substances are rare in cosmetics, as alternatives without PFAS are now often used to achieve similar product properties.
Moreover, the concentrations of PFAS in cosmetics are minimal. The highest concentration recorded in 2018 was only 0.00000334% (Source: ‘Risk assessment of fluorinated substances in cosmetic products. Survey of chemical substances in consumer products No. 169’, Ministry of Environment and Food of Denmark, 2018). These amounts do not pose a health risk.
