This Waterproof Eye Pencil has everything a perfect pencil should have. The precision of a liquid eyeliner, combined with the ease of use (Easiness ;-) ) of a pencil. The pencil dries very quickly, delivers an incredibly intense result, and is also waterproof. Thanks to its softness, you can use it both on your eye and on the waterline inside your eye.

What else can you do with it?
Colored eyeshadow base
Use the waterproof eyeliner as a base for your eyeshadow. Draw a thin line on the eyelid and gently smudge it with a Smudge Brush. This helps your eyeshadow last longer and makes the colors stand out more.
Waterline Definition
Apply a light-colored waterproof eyeliner to the waterline to make your eyes look bigger and brighter. Choose a nude shade for a fresh daytime look, or opt for a deeper color such as dark brown or black for a sultrier evening look. Also try lining the upper waterline. You will notice that your eye suddenly looks much more intense.
Accentuate Lower Lash Line
Use the eyeliner to subtly accentuate the lower lash line. This adds depth to your eyes without going overboard. Experiment with different colors to adapt your look to your outfit or the occasion.
