Dear customer,

We want to inform you directly and transparently about something that has happened over the past few weeks. We, and unfortunately some of you as well, have fallen victim to cybercriminals.

On July 16, they launched a fake website (centpurcent.top) that deliberately copied our official online store and was distributed through fake advertisements. We have since had that site and its associated advertisements taken offline.

Unfortunately, the same scammers have started again with a new address:

centpurcent-sale.top — this is NOT a Cent Pur Cent website.

We have no connection whatsoever with this site and have ourselves been harmed by it. We are taking exactly the same steps that led to the previous site being removed.

What we are doing

As soon as we discover a fake website, we take action immediately. A dedicated team of three employees monitors this case daily. Specifically, we have:

• Collected evidence and officially reported the matter to Safeonweb, the local police and the fraud reporting center.
• Submitted a request to the registrar and hosting provider to block the domain and take the site offline.
• Provided all evidence to Meta and Google Ads so that the fraudulent advertisements can be stopped.
• Reported the domain to Google Safe Browsing so that browsers display a warning.
• Warned you as a customer via our social media, with a banner on our website and through our newsletter.

We managed to take the first fake website offline in this way. As long as criminal parties hide behind foreign structures, such a takedown can unfortunately take several days. That is frustrating, for you and for us. But we will not give up.

How to recognize our real online store

Our only official address is www.centpurcent.com — pay attention to the .com.

We never sell through other domains such as .top, .net or .shop, nor through addresses containing extra words (for example, -sale, -outlet or -shop).

We communicate official promotions, SALE and campaigns exclusively through www.centpurcent.com, our app and our own channels.

Unsure about a link in an advertisement or email? Always type our address yourself into your browser, or use our app.

Shop safely with us

Our own online store, www.centpurcent.com, is and will remain completely safe and secure. The fraud is taking place exclusively on the fake websites, never with us. When you order directly through www.centpurcent.com or our app, you benefit from our usual security, reliable payment partners and customer service.

Have you nevertheless become a victim?

Did you order or pay through one of these fake websites? We will be happy to help you:

1. Contact your bank or card issuer to dispute the payment and, if necessary, have your card blocked.
2. Keep all your evidence (screenshots, emails, payment confirmations and the advertisement through which you reached the site).
3. Report the matter via police-on-web.be and report the site via verdacht@safeonweb.be.
4. Contact us via support@rigorgeous.com. We will support you with all the information you need and add your report to our case file with the authorities.

Both you and we are victims of the same professional scammers. You are not to blame in any way, and together we are stronger in putting this right.
