Uncertainty Due to Lack of Energy
For me, insecurity has always been connected to a lack of energy. When my energy is low, it becomes visible to others, and I feel less confident. This can make me feel insecure inside because I feel that my facial expressions and posture are not in balance with who I truly am. I had to learn to set boundaries and take time for myself to recharge that energy.
