As a project manager, I regularly find myself in situations where I have to present myself, either to clients or to my team. These moments bring uncertainties. Sometimes I doubt my abilities, and that feeling of doubt can take over. The feeling of “what do others think of me?” can sometimes hold me back. But over the years, I have learned that what matters most is how you feel. When I embrace my insecurities and focus on my strengths, I feel much stronger.
