Lipstick is the color step of your lip combo. While lip liner mainly provides shape and definition, lipstick adds the actual color, finish, and overall look. You can choose a shade that complements your lip liner, or play with a slightly lighter color in the center of your lips for a fuller effect.
Apply the lipstick directly or gently dab it on with your finger for a more natural result. Build it up layer by layer: this gives you more control over the color intensity and keeps your lip combo refined.
3. Lip Gloss
